Wayne John Albert
July 19, 1955 – July 21, 2025
Wayne John Albert, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2025, just two days after his 70th birthday. Born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, on July 19, 1955, he was the son of Maurice and Pauline (Gagne) Albert. Wayne lived a full and hardworking life, marked by quiet dedication, a quick wit, and a deep love for his family.
Wayne worked for many years at Eusey Press, where he earned a reputation as a true jack of all trades. Whether solving problems on the job or lending a hand to friends and neighbors, Wayne could always be counted on to get things done.
Outside of work, Wayne had a passion for collecting rare coins and currency, and he loved spending time tinkering around on projects. But more than anything, he was a proud grandfather who cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.
Wayne is survived by his children, Nicholas and Ryan Albert, and daughter Laura Hui and her husband Chris. He was a beloved grandfather to Nicholas Jr., Jackson, and Kaia Hui. He also leaves behind his sister Karen (Bill), and brothers Brian, Bruce (Becky), Edward (Cindy), and Mark and his father Maurice Albert.
A celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
