Thomas L. Knoll, 84, passed away on October 2, 2024, in Tucson, AZ. He was formerly a resident of Cedar Lake, IN. Born on May 12, 1940, Tom was known for his intelligence, kindness, patience, and loving nature.

Tom dedicated many years to his career, concluding his professional journey at GNC Consulting Inc as a software consultant. He also had a significant earlier career as a highly skilled mechanical engineer, where he applied his vast knowledge and innovative thinking.

Tom's hobbies and interests paint the picture of a man who loved life and lived it fully. His passion for travel led him on many memorable adventures alongside his wife, Helen. Tom was also an avid enthusiast of aviation, enjoyed country dancing, playing poker, and was known among friends and family for his delicious fudge.

Tom is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Helen. He was father to Bryan Knoll, Jonathon (Missie) Knoll, Dawn (Larry) Knoll; stepfather to Tod (Debbie) Cooper, Garry (Sherry) Cooper, Barry (Sharon) Cooper, Crystal (Tom) Sklivas. He was a beloved grandfather to Amara, Christina, Maria, Alex, Ashley, Damon, Daniel, and Matthew and a great-grandfather to Nick, Jeremy, Zachary, and Wyatt. He also leaves behind his niece Rochelle, and nephew Paul. His beloved dog, Jazzie, was his constant companion and she also survives him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold (Herk) Knoll Sr and Mary Edith (Cook) Knoll, and his brother, Harold Jr. (Herkie) Knoll.

At Tom's request, no service is planned. His life and memory will continue to be celebrated privately by family and friends. Tom's legacy of kindness and love will undoubtedly live on through the many lives he touched.
