Michael Keith Bendz
June 26, 1950 — March 24, 2025
Michael Keith Bendz Jr. passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 74. Born in Detroit on June 26th, 1950 to Virginia Imogene Dasey and Michael Keith Bendz. Mike worked mostly as an electrical engineer at Chrysler for over 30 years. Mike’s favorite project was helping design the electrical system for the Dodge Viper sports car. After retiring to Marana, AZ, he pursued many hobbies such as building and flying drones, coin collecting, making his home a very smart home, watching his shows and movies, working on automobiles, helping anyone who needed help, and mostly spending time with his family, friends, and his cats.
Mike is survived by his wife Barbara, and his children Marion Douglas, Michael Bendz III, and his grandchildren Austin, Jordan, Jessica, Devon, Shelby, Axel, and several nephews and nieces. Mike is also survived by his wife Barb's children Jeff and Maureen, and Barb's grandchildren Brian, Justine (Alex Stanhope), James, and Megan.
He is reunited in heaven with his parents and sisters, Jeanette and Kathleen. His kindness and love will be deeply missed.
