Kenneth W. Look passed away at age 85 on March 24, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Virginia; children Heather and Kevin (Rachel), and granddaughters Grace, Emma and Kayla. He also leaves behind his brother Arthur (Marianne), and sisters Elaine (Ed) and Carol, and best friend Jim.

Born in Appleton, WI, Ken began his pharmacy career at Look Drugs, the family pharmacy in Little Chute, WI. He graduated in 1957 from Fox Valley Lutheran High School. From there he went on to earn multiple degrees, including a PhD, at the University of Wisconsin. He later worked in the pharmaceutical industry and for multiple community pharmacies.

Ken was also very proud of his time in the U.S. Army Medical Services. A lifelong member of the Lutheran Church, he dedicated much of his time after retirement to serving his community, particularly through his involvement in the KenWis Men's Club, even serving as president for a few years.

His love of travel began in 1962-63 as a Rotary Fellow while attending the University of Nottingham (England). Ken ultimately traveled to over 40 countries, but his favorite trip was in 1978 to Russia. He also loved to fish and was most proud of the following catches: a 3+ lb. brook trout caught in WI, a 4-ft Canadian northern pike, and a 35 lb. Alaskan King salmon, but we will overlook the fact that Ginny out fished him on their honeymoon.

Ken was a devoted fan of Wisconsin sports. He regularly followed players and statistics and delighted in sharing his knowledge. When not tracking sports, he was an entertainment enthusiast, keeping meticulous records of every TV show/movie he watched, or book he read. Lastly, he never passed up the chance to try a new restaurant or visit an old favorite. He was never too far from a bowl of popcorn, but his all-time favorite food to eat was the artichoke.

A memorial service will be held on July 14 at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Kaukauna, WI. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you watch a movie, discuss sports statistics, or eat an artichoke in his honor.
