Kathleen Mary Farrell Dehn
March 25, 1946 – July 4, 2025
Kathy moved on to her next adventure Friday morning July 4. She left behind her husband Ronald (Ron) Dehn, her son Joseph Dehn and his wife Kimberly and their two daughters Brooke Dehn and her husband Angelo Aguiler, and Colleen Joyce Dehn. Kathy’s sisters Colleen Babcock, JoAnne Mauger, and MaryAnne Kizuka were all able to visit with her before she passed. Her cousin Edward Hansen and his daughter Kendall Hansen Emmett were able to visit with her.
Kathy has been an active member of Our Mother of Sorrows Parish for decades. Fr. George Holley, Monsignor Thomas Callahan, and Jean Fedigan visited with her before she passed.
Kathy shared much of her time with and in support of several philanthropic groups: she served on the board of Sr. Jose Women’s Center for many years, and she supported Quilt for a Cause, Bag it and Tucson Cancer Conquerors. Kathy was always thinking of others’ needs and always there to help.
Quilting was one of Kathy’s passions and she enjoyed membership in both the Tucson Modern Quilt Guild and the Tucson Quilters Guild.
She will be missed!
A Mass will be said in memory of Kathy on November 16, 2025, at 7:00am at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. Fr. George Holley an old friend of Kathy’s, will be the celebrant.
