Joe G Guerrero, 70, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025. He was born on November 30, 1955, to Jose Guerrero and Eva A Chavez.

Joe proudly served his country in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army, demonstrating his unwavering dedication and commitment to service. This spirit of service extended throughout his life, as he was known for his generous heart and willingness to help anyone in need. He was a Knight of Columbus. Joe remained close to his childhood friends and they were all “Brothers”. He graduated from Pueblo High School, and continued to remain in contact with many friends and enjoyed going to the Pueblo Class Reunions. Joe loved Christmas, buying gifts for his loved ones and enjoyed decorating his entire house for the neighborhood.

A loyal and diligent worker, Joe approached everything he did with integrity and determination. Above all, he cherished his family and friends, and his love for them was evident in everything he did.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Joe Angel Guerrero; his step-father, Víctor Chavez; and his brother, Ricky Guerrero.

He is survived by his mother, Eva Chavez; his son, Joseph "Nique" Guerrero; daughter-in-law, Delphina Navarro; granddaughter, Sara Meraki; his sisters JoAnn Nunez and Angelina Moran; his brother Carlos Guerrero; step-sister Darlene Chavez; brother in law Reuben Nunez along with many other family members and friends who will deeply miss his presence.

Funeral Service will be held on December 19th, 2025, 2pm- 5pm, Avenidas Cremation & Burial at

1376 W St Marys Rd, Tucson, AZ 85745 (Rosary at 4pm)
