It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jill Fuller, age 82, on August 8, 2024. Jill was born on September 10, 1941, in Wellingborough, England, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and service to others. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, having been predeceased by her brother Bob Watson, her twin sister Janet Sinfield, and her older sister Judy Buchanan.

Jill was a woman of many talents, but she will be remembered most for her charisma, her love of dancing, and her deep devotion to her family. As a Registered Nurse for 36 years, Jill cared for countless patients with the same warmth and compassion she shared with her loved ones. Her commitment to nursing was a reflection of her nurturing spirit and her lifelong dedication to helping others.

Jill's family was the center of her world. She leaves behind three beloved children: Rebecca Harkins, Charles Fuller, and Catherine Morrow, as well as her cherished grandchildren: Neil Mendoza, Alex Mendoza (deceased), Scott Mogavaro, Bridgette Sanchez, Adam Fuller and Avery Fuller.

Her granddaughter Avery shared a beautiful tribute that captures the essence of Jill's remarkable character:

"Rest in peace to the most magnificent grandmother of all time. Thank you for being the spunkiest, funniest, sassiest, and most caring woman I’ve ever met. From flying to all of my dance recitals since I was 3 years old all the way through high school, bringing me tons of British candy to share with my friends, to teaching me how to make a proper cup of tea, I can’t put into words how much you have done for me and how much I look up to you. Everyone knows you are always the most headstrong and classiest woman in the room. I thank God that He gave me your sense of humor and your ability to be unapologetically yourself. I hope to be just like you one day. It makes me smile knowing you are tap dancing in heaven right now. I will never stop talking about my 'British grandma' and how you raised me to be who I am today. I love you so much."

Her granddaughter Bridgette also wrote a beautiful tribute:

“Yesterday one of the most important people in my life left this earth, and I gained my guardian angel. My grandma was one-of-a-kind,and loved by many. I am so grateful that we have so many good memories together and that I had her in my life for 37 years. She was like my second mom. I wouldn’t be who I am today, if it wasn’t for her. Grandma I know you’ll be by my side when I deliver baby Sky. Take care of my dogs in heaven, and enjoy time with your loved ones up there. Until we meet again, you will forever be loved and in my heart.”

Jill’s legacy of strength, kindness, and joy will live on through her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her. While she will be deeply missed, her memory will continue to inspire us to live with the same grace, humor, and love that she embodied every day.

A private family service will be held to honor Jill’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Peppi’s House – TMC Hospice in Jill’s name, in recognition of her lifelong dedication to helping others.
