Delbert Sellers

It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of Delbert "Del" Eugene Sellers 66, of Tucson AZ on December 11, 2025. He was born on October 15, 1959 to Sydney Eugene Sellers and Joyce Leola French in Oklahoma City, OK.

Del enjoyed family time, road trips and any type of food. He was a Husband, brother, Dad "Pops ", and proud "Poppa"

He coached little league with all 4 boys and his true passion was his family and time spent with them. More than that he was their "Go to guy". The one who always had advice and time to listen. Del was a Navy Veteran, a huge Dallas Cowboy fan and retired from a career with Advanced Protection.

Del is preceded in death by his parents and youngest son Richard Townsend.

Del is survived by his wife of 31 years Lydia Gabaldon Sellers, brother David Dwayne Sellers and sister Glenda Ruth "Sissy" Sellers both of Beebe AR. 3 sons, Michael, Nicholas, and Brian Townsend, 5 grandsons Daniel, Brian Jr, Zayden, Legend and Gianni Townsend and 1 granddaughter Olivia Townsend.

Arrangements by Avenidas Cremation & burial, Tucson AZ.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
