Connie Reyna Profile Photo

Our beautiful and loving mother, Connie Q Reyna, sadly passed away peacefully early morning of August 22, 2023. She was surrounded by her family and prayer. She was born November 8th, 1947, to Ysidro and Herlinda Quihuis. She graduated from Pueblo High School and retired from Raytheon. She loved to travel to Laughlin with her honorary brother Tim Mendivil and Coyo Mendivil and Rocky Point with her lovely bonus daughter Linda Lucy and best friend Norm, it was her second home as she called it. She was known for her cooking, especially our favorites pozole, beans and capirotada. She loved Mariachi music, and she was hip with it with her oldies but goodies as she would call them. She had a beautiful singing voice and she loved to dance.

She will be remembered for her humor all her nicknames she gave her loved ones, and extraordinary laugh that echoed through the room. Her heart was kind, and she was the perfect example of what humanity should be. She will be missed dearly and forever live in our hearts.

She is survived by her loving husband, Juan M Reyna, her three children and grandchildren Jerry Lara (Maxi, Gerardo, Vicente) Angelica and husband Marcel Duran (Alex, Lianna, Anthony) and Vanessa (Mia, Christian). She is also survived by her great grandchildren, and her beloved brother Joe and Grace Quihuis, sister Rita and Lupe Bonillas. Many nieces and nephews loved and adored her.

Her services will be held at Santa Monica Catholic Church On Thursday, September 7, at 10:00am 212 W. Medina Rd Tucson AZ, 85756.

Until we meet again our chacamora.
